Our approach

One adviser, then three quotes at most

RhinoEnergy does not install anything itself: we help you define the right project, know your grants and compare vetted installers. The service is free for you, with no commitment.

The steps, one by one

  1. 1

    2 minutes

    You describe your project

A few simple questions online, no account needed. You get a first estimate straight away.

  2. 2

    Within 24 working hours

    An adviser calls you back

They check feasibility, the grants you are entitled to and a realistic budget for your home.

  3. 3

    Within 2 weeks

You compare up to 3 quotes

Certified installers from your area visit your home. You choose freely, or no one at all.

Our commitments

What we guarantee you

How do we get paid? By partner installers, when they receive a request we have checked with you. You pay nothing and are committed to nothing: you can turn down every quote.

Why three quotes at most? Enough to compare prices and technical options, not enough to be swamped with calls. Your request is only passed on after our call and with your consent.

How do we choose installers? We check their certifications, insurance and past projects, then follow each customer’s feedback after the work.

  • One point of contact

The same adviser from the first call until you sign a quote.

  • Vetted installers

Certifications, insurance and past projects checked before any partnership.

  • No pressure

No hard selling: you can turn down every quote, at no cost.

  • Up-to-date grants

Grants change often: we check what applies and which VAT rate is due before you sign.

Frequently asked questions

All about the service

Is the RhinoEnergy service really free?

Yes. The advice, the grant check and the introduction to installers are free for you. RhinoEnergy is paid by partner installers, never by the homeowner.

How many companies receive my request?

Three installers at most, only after our call and with your consent. You will not be flooded with calls.

How do you choose installers?

We check their certifications (for solar panels and heat pumps, for example), their insurance and past projects, then follow each customer's feedback after the work.

I rent my home, can I still apply?

Yes, but your landlord's consent is needed before any work. We are happy to explain the project and the grants they may be entitled to.

Which regions do you cover?

All of Belgium: Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia, in English, French and Dutch.

How long before the work starts?

Usually two to six weeks between the first call and the start of the work, depending on the technology, the season and the installer's schedule.

How much could you save?

Two minutes for a first estimate, an adviser to check it, up to three quotes to decide.
